No entry fees required to participate.

All types of music welcome.  Limited slots available.

COMPETING BANDS MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS.

HOW IT WORKS:  Participating bands perform two (2) original/cover songs as a warm-up, followed by one (1) song written and composed by legendary Peru-born songwriter Cole Porter. 

Cover versions of Cole Porter songs should be faithful to the original lyrics, melody & structure of Cole's work, re-imagined in your band’s own unique style.

Competing acts will be judged by an un-biased panel of judges, based on the Cole Porter song of their set.  Winning acts announced and prizes awarded at the end of the event.

Performance order of acts is determined by random draw with all bands present on-site just before the event. Leading up to the event, competing bands will be listed/promoted in alphabetical order.

Prizes awarded based on how effectively bands integrate their own unique sound/style with the songwriting of Cole Porter. Creativity, musicianship and professionalism are considered.

Limited slots available for this event.  Bands interested in participating are asked to submit a sample of recent live performance work.  Bands must consist of three (3) or more members.

This is an outdoor event on a professional covered mobile stage. 

Stage, lighting, drum kit, keyboard, PA, guitar amps & bass amps, and soundboard technician provided by producers. However, you are not required to use our backline instrument gear.

Beer & wine, non-alcohol drinks & food will be available for purchase during the event.  21+ only in bar area.
