Cole Porter

In a small Indiana town, on June 9th 1891, the genius we know as Cole Albert Porter was born. He went on to write over 1500 songs for Broadway productions, movies, and television. Today his music lives on. Every year on the second weekend of June, we celebrate his brilliance, and honor his life and music, with the Cole Porter Festival, in his hometown of Peru, Indiana.
